Check in is between 3pm and 7pm.

As a courtesy, if you expect to arrive after 7pm, you are requested to notify Sean or Deb and advise them of your expected arrival time.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before 9pm on your arrival date, or do not arrive at the accommodation by 9pm on the first night of your stay (unless by prior arrangement with Sean or Deb), you will be charged for the remainder of the booking value of the first nights stay.

If, after your arrival, you choose to curtail your stay and leave before the end of the full duration of your booking the Accommodation owners may charge you an amount up to the full balance for your full booking, as reimbursement for any nights when the accommodation cannot be re-let to other customers.

Due to the fact we do not have a family room in this establishment, we regret that we do not accept children under the age of 16.
